Abstract

This study examines the effect of customer service quality on customer
engagement in the telecommunications industry in Indonesia to use Indosat
Ooredoo store products, the type of research used uses a quantitative
approach with simple linear regression analysis techniques. The type of data
used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The sample in this
study was 100 respondents with probability sampling using a simple random
sample technique. The results of this study indicate that customer service
has a significant effect on customer decisions with a p-value (sig.t) <0.05,
namely 0.000 <0.05, and the value tcount > t-table that is 10.148 > 1.661. R
Square is called the determinant coefficient which in this case is 51.2
percent. From this value, it can be interpreted that 51.2% of the influence of
Customer Service Quality on Customer Engagement at Indosat Ooredoo
Store Wahidin Cirebon while the remaining 48.8 percent is influenced by
other factors.
